In overall, the place is excellent, has very professional staff at night shift. The room is big size and warm, comes with nice view and good air condition, as example. The authentic restaurant serves amazing food. No reason to complain, we will be returning here soon when in Marrakesh.

Excellent venue, with nice pool and marvellous location close to train and bus station. A lot of amazing food. Location so close to a bus stop right outside the hotel-for the Big Bus tour which is nice, marrakesh and the airport. 15 minutes walk to Gueliz. What a real good stay, no complaints.

The staff at the cafe, especially Hasan and Sufian, were extremely helpful and friendly. The room service lady found and returned a lost diamond wedding ring. The reception girls were also friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and bar staff. The staff goes the extra mile to solve any issues and make guests comfortable.

We did not stay at the hotel we booked, the map on the website was so inacuraate w e not find the Ibis Palmerie but having past the Ibis next to the station we went there to ask directions and were informed the hotel we had booked was on the outskirts of town so we cancelled our booking and stayed at the Ibis adjacent to the railway station

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower did not drain. The room was dirty and the staff was smug and rude. I will never stay in an Ibis hotel again and I would never recommend it to anyone. They should be ashamed to call themselves a hotel. They are more like a rat hole.

Everything. The location was outside the city while the description said it was close to the city center--a total lie! It's no where near the city center.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Marrakech for a week-long vacation. The small yet comfortable room was perfect for my needs, and the breakfast offered was delicious. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional staff. From the bar to the reception, everyone was incredibly professional and went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom and the stunning view from my room. The cafe staff, especially Hasan and Sufian, were friendly and helpful, and one of the room service ladies even found and returned a lost diamond wedding ring. I am truly grateful for their honesty and genuine care. I had a fantastic experience at Ibis and would highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in standard double room for 1 night, it was complete with a balcony as well as nice view. The service was impeccable and the pool was great.

The stay at this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! the location was perfect for us as it allowed us to easily bypass the city and head straight to our destination. The huge pool and beautiful garden area provided a super relaxing atmosphere. We were also impressed by the fast Wi-Fi, which was a jaw-dropping surprise after months in the interior. The staff, especially Hasan and Sufian at the cafe, were unbelievably helpful and friendly. We were also amazed by the honesty of the room service lady who found and returned our lost wedding ring. The reception girls were also extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was really commendable. the staff really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and solve any issues. While I have some reservations about the price, the value we received was definitely worth it.

Good location, easy to find if you are traveling to or from Casablanca.

Rather slow service in the restaurant. We had to wait for twenty minutes to order, although there were only twenty other guests in the dining room. Heavy odor of smoke in the room.
